Hi, can you please help me get the certificate of finality of my annulment which was GRANTED last May 9, 2014 in RTC, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 94, Quezon City, on the court of Judge Roslyn M. Rabara-Tria, Civil Case no Q-11-68594 - Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case.

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
