You asked for Certificate of Finality of Annulment.

Response to your request

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case for Annulment/Declaration of Nullity of Marriage .

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.

Look for CITIZENS CHARTER, FRONTLINE SERVICES/SERVICES OFFERED (Individuals or parties to a case who needs certification of OSG’s receipt of court decisions/orders and/or certified true copy of originals of said decisions/orders, SEE LINK BELOW::
