Hello. I would like to request for a registry return card to verify the receipt of the Special Pro. 19-3179 Decision. This card will be given to the Clerk of Court in Branch 17 Antipolo Family Court, so the certificate of finality will be given. This certificate will then be submitted to the local registry of Mandaluyong City. Thank you.

> Mother's name change from LUCIA PANGADLO LANGGA to SOPHIA GLORIANNA RAMOS VIOLA (petitioner).
