The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed for Annulment/Declaration of Nullity of Marriage .

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding said case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
