Good evening. My partner and I wanted to get married but the civil registry wanted us to submit a decree of finality of annulment since my partner was previously married but now annulled. His COM has an annotations  Null and Void already. My partner's name is Rodney L. Patangan. My question is, where can we get the cert of Finality of annulment
