Hi Good Day! I’m requesting for the status of my Anullment and the Civil Case number is SC-4809. It was filed more than 2 years ago at the RTC of San Carlos PANGASINAN. My lawyer messaged me saying we have the decision already but after replying and asking him for the result he is not answering us back and it makes us worried up to now! I hope you could help me to check the status of the nullity of my marriage and it will be very much appreciated! Thank you and God bless

The status of a case is determined by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case for annulment of marriage .

In case you need the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
