I would like to request a certification of finality of my annulment. Civil case no. 5321-13 which was granted last November 17, 2019 in RTC 
10th Judicial Region,

The Certificate of Finality / Decree of Declaration of Nullity of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case is filed. Please contact the Court where you filed the case for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage .

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
