Hi can you please help me get the certificate of finality of annulment of Mr. RICKY C. CANTUBA which was GRANTED last November 25,2013 in RTC, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 24, Biñan,  - Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.


He would like to know the civil case number and can he request the copy of certificate of Annulment Finality online.?

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed.
