Hi! I would like to follow up my request for Certificate of finality of marriage annulment which was decided on 01 June 2022. 

I have sent a request to certifications@osg.gov.ph on 04 Aug 2022. The OSG confirmed the decision was received on 13 July 2022 and that the certificate can now be secured.

I have followed the citizen's charter instructions to request certification via EMAIL, paid the fee to OSG's Landbank account, provided copy of the payment slip and my valid ID.

Please let me know when the request can be processed and sent to my email address I have provided.
