Hi, can you please help me get the certificate of finality of my Nullity of Marriage. It was lost during the flood . I cant even remember the exact date of the document nor the lawyer I hired, last name though is Bermejo.  Hoping for any help.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed.

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding said case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
