Allow me to introduce myself again. I am Ptolomeo Rosal Dalocanog, 80 years old, Senior Citizen.
The purpose of my first letter through EFOI is to follow up regarding the release of the final payment for Ptolomeo Rosal Dalocanog and Lourdes Rosal Dalocanog (Deceased) Property that was affected by the ROAD WIDENING project of the National Government under 4th Engineering District, Dumanjug,Cebu and the contractor's name is Q.M Builders. The road-widening project was already completed 2 years ago, but until now we did not receive the final payment.
Last November 2020, we were told that they will pay us, but according to Chanda Ysao of Cebu 4th District Engineering Services, the documents are still in the Solicitor's General Office for signature. It's been almost 2 years now, but still we did not received any news or update. We made so many follow ups, but still no update and feedback. We have reported this matter to 8888 and sent a letter to EFOI already but we are not satisfied and unhappy with the response. We are humbly requesting your good office to help us on this matter. I need the money very badly for our everyday needs, especially now with the Covid 19 Pandemic and most important for my Hemodialysis Session 3x a week.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving early response.
