This document is a requirement for the PVAO OLD AGE PENSION of my mother.As the common-law-wife and the sole beneficiary of the late veteran PO2 ORLANDO P. RIVERA 571010 PN (as declared by JAGO)

The Decree of Annulment of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case is filed. Please contact the Court where the case for Annulment of Marriage was filed in order to get a copy said Decree. 

In case you need a certification on the receipt of the Office of the Solicitor General of the Decision/Order of said case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
