Hi! I would like to follow up on this doc necessary for the issuance of Certificate of Finality. The decision granting my petition for declaration of absolute nullity of marriage (per Civil Case No. 4417, RTC Br2, Borongan City) was dated Jan. 17, 2022, a copy of which was furnished to your office.

Considering the lapse of 5 months since my petition was granted, I hope your office would finally issue the necessary document to the RTC concerned and expedite the process.

Looking forward to  receiving positive response on this matter. Thank you.

Attached are the first and last pages of the said court decision for your reference. I have also e-mailed you via docket@osg.gov.ph.

The RTC Branch 2 of Borongan City, Eastern Samar informed me that they cannot issue the Certificate of Finality because they are still waiting for a document from the office of the SolGen.
