Hi, can you please help me get the judicial decree of annulment with certificate of Finality for petitioner Nelson Lim Buhian, which was GRANTED last November 28, 2007 in RTC - 12th Judicial Region, Branch 15, City of Cotabato, on the court of Judge Cader P. Indar, Al -Haj  No. 07-1466 Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.

The Decree/Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court to the parties and their counsels. Please contact the Court where the case was filed to get a copy of said documents.

In case the Court requires or perhaps, you need the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
