Hi,

I would like to request a copy of annulment certificate. The said annulment papers or declaration of nullity of marriage was dated year 1988 of April 22 in Regional Trial court of  Mauban Quezon province with the  SPL.  PROC. NO. B-16185.

Court Decree or Certificate of Finality of Annulment/Declaration of Nullity of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed.

In case the Court requires the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
