Hi, may I request a copy of the certificate of finality (declaration of  nullity of a bigamous marriage entry of judgement) for civil case no. M-20-0589-03 last May 16, 2022. 

Here are few details that you may find useful: 
1. The case was filed at MAMBUSAO, CAPIZ, Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 21. 
2. The presiding judge was Rommel L. Leonor. 

The RTC Branch has not received the RETURN CARD till date and would like to know the status.

The Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court where the case is filed. 

Perhaps you need the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding your case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
