Hi, can you please help me get the judicial decree of annulment with certificate of Finality for petitioner Masie Clarice E. Cuaresma, which was GRANTED last April 4, 2023 in RTC – National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 261, Pasig City, on the court of Jesus Angelito Y. Huertas, Jr., JDRC Case No.: R-PSG-19-03331-CV Declaration of Nullity of Marriage.

The Decree/Certificate of Finality is issued by the Court to the parties and their counsels. Please contact the Court where the case was filed to get a copy of said documents.

In case or perhaps the Court require the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
