Hi may i ask po if san ko po pwede malaman or maverify or sino po pwede ko mapagtanungan regarding sa certificate of finality ng annulment ko its been almost 1 year na po sa November 22,2021 ng mabgyan ng court decision yun certificate of finality na lang po hininhintay ko para maging ok na maprocess ko na po ang  PSA ko sana matulungan po nyo ako thank you very much

Ang Certificate of Finality ay nakukuha sa Regional Trial Court kung saan naka-File ang iyong kaso.

Ang OSG po ay pinagkukunan naman ng Certification ng pagtanggap ng Decision o Order ng Regional Trial Court. 

Kung ang  Certification ng OSG po ang hinihingi ng korte, pakibisita ang OSG WEBSITE at sundin ang proseso na nakasaad doon.
