Magandang umaga po nais ko po sanang humingi ng tulong sa kadahilanang ang aking mama po ay nasa hospital ngayon.Na Diagnose po siya na may Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia .Isa po siyang single parent kaya wala po siyang katuwang sa pagbayad ng hospital bill.Ang mga kaanak din po ni mama ay wala pong pera kaya hindi rin po sila makapagbigay sana po ay matulungan niyo po kami gusto pa po naming makasama siya ng matagal.Maraming Salamat po.
