Kristine 10:44 AM, Feb 13, 2019

Hi good morning I am Kristine Pascua Vicente. Daughter of Rolando Cariño Vicente. I need to know pertinent records of my father because I have a hearing in court where in i need evidences. According to my father's brothers and sisters, He stayed in Mindanao to work as an army right after He graduated from high school and since I wasn't born yet that time I barely know things about His past. I saw old photos of my father where in there's a written information saying Batallion Brigade taken in Basilan, that is why I am writing this request. Please help me. God bless
