Hi! I would like to know the list of provinces with the most CPP_NPA-NDF rebels. I would like to know which provinces or Regions have the highest concentrations of these rebels.

You asked for List of Provinces/municipalities with NPA strong holds.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.  To answer your question, the CPP-NPA is currently concentrated in the area of operations of the Eastern Mindanao Command, including the northeastern provinces of Surigao, Agusan, and Compostela Valley.
