Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I would like to request a copy of my 2316 Starting my Service in Hyundai Asia Resources Inc. (HARI) to End.  For my requirements going to Australia. My year of Service in HARI is From September 18, 2017 to August 19, 2021.

My Copy of  my 2316 given by my employer was Missing during Pandemic. I left those documents at my office and was missing when we came back to our office.

That's why I'am Hoping to receive a Copy again of my 2316 Since 2017-2021.
