Greetings! In line with the intended purpose, I would like to request for my following ITR records for all of my previous employers from Year 2010 to 2021

2010~2014: Under Advanced World Solutions, Inc.
2014~2018: Under Pointwest Technologies Corporation
2018~2019: Under Tata Consultancy Services, Inc.
2019~2021: Under Advanced World Solutions, Inc. and Accenture, Inc.

Dear Mr. Perez,

I refer to my letter of Apr 15, 2022 09:29:45 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly clarify if what you are asking is ITR, not BIR Form 2316. Did you file your ITR from 2010-2021? For if you have been employed, and your withholding tax has been correctly withheld by your employer, provided that you have only one employer and have been qualified for substituted filing for the taxable year - the Certificate of Withholding (BIR Form 2316) filed by your employer, duly stamped "Received" by the Bureau, shall be tantamount to the filing of the income tax return. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 08, 2022 01:11:32 AM, your request will be closed.

Greetings!

Thank you for the immediate response even during the holy week holidays.
Yes you are right I was referring to my 2316 from my previous various employers.
The purpose if for Australia skills assessment wherein they told me ITRs are not official tax documents required by them. But, I also checked with my copies of 2316 that these should sufficed as part of Payment Evidence with my previous work experience. Kindly advise though if my understanding is correct.
