Hello, I would like to request my latest ITR to be used for credit card application. I file the BIR Form 1701 for Year 2021

Dear Mr. Michael Eduave:

I refer to my letter of Apr 19, 2022 01:36:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return with Tracking No: #BIR-001024721915.

In order for us to work on your request, we are seeking for further clarification specifically on the following details:

-Where did you file your ITR, is it manually at the RDO where you are registered? and what RDO are you registered with?
- Or did you file your ITR Return using the eBIRForms package? 

Kindly email requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph as there are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.

Please be informed that the ITRs that our Revenue District Office (RDO) have in their files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 12, 2022 06:26:39 AM, your request will be closed.
