Good day,

I would like to request for my BIR Form 1701/1701A filings from the time period indicated in this request (2018-2021). These will be used as proof to my Revenue District Office that I have been filing my taxes properly and on-time, with overpayment, so as to clear the open cases in my routing sheet for change of RDO from 046 to 21B.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office will also endorse your request to the concerned RDO as the information requested is under their custody.

However, if you were able to file said ITRs then, you should have copies as these should have been filed in triplicate copies or if you filed it online just bring the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt and the payment receipt if you paid your tax dues.
