Would like to ask for a complete list of requirements for cold storage registration and its procedures.

Also, we want to confirm if we need first to register with BOI before we incorporate with SEC?

Please be advised that we prefer you have SEC registration first prior to BOI registration. However, you may start submitting the accomplished Application Form even prior to registration with SEC.
