1) average interest rates on domestic and foreign borrowings from 1970 to 2018
2)average inflation rates from 1970 to 2018
3) average GDP growth rates from 1970 to 2018
4) average exchange rate depreciation from 1970 to 2018

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested:
1) average interest rates on domestic and foreign borrowings from 1970 to 2018 - average (weighted) rates are only available starting 1990 for external borrowings and from 1995 for domestic bonds. Treasury bills on the other hand have a complete series from 1988
2)average inflation rates from 1970 to 2018 - not generated by the Bureau (check BSP)
3) average GDP growth rates from 1970 to 2018 - not generated by the Bureau (check NEDA/PSA)
4) average exchange rate depreciation from 1970 to 2018 - not generated by the Bureau (check BSP)
