We've recently stumbled upon statistics from your office regarding the National Government Outstanding Debt Stock (http://www.treasury.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/NewDebt1986-2018w_gdp.1.22.2019.pdf) and would like to request the equivalent for the private sector CY 2015-2017, if available as public government data.
