Good day. I, Maxine L. Naval, a bonafide student of BS Architecture, Polytechnic University of the Philippines would like to express my pleasure in pursuing my undergraduate thesis that is subjected as a feasibility study on CCP Asset Development Project.

In this regard, I would like to ask for the current progress or development plans towards the said project in order to build up an architectural framework for my thesis proposal.

As of now, I have prepared several research topics that may be adapted or may be considered under consultation.

After gathering primary data on Pasay City's transformation on Smart Cities, such of the research topics that I have prepared are:
-Multiculturalism in the Urban setting, and specifically on Mixed-used Commercial Complex
-Creating an active community circuit in the vicinity
- Utilizing Kinetic Energy (And other primary/ renewable resources) in designing a Cultural and Arts Outlet Center. Outlet Mall
-Promoting regenerative human culture and eco-theological values in a Mixed-use development

The final output regarding this would be for academic purposes only, but may be a major research contribution for CCP Asset Development Project.
