Hello Madam/Sir!
Good Day!
I would like to understand the below questions:
1. Why CFO Certificate needed for my Pinoy Girl Friend even for small trip? ( I understand if this is needed for long term work) 
2. What happens if my Pinoy GF, can't satisfy CFO counsellor? Even after giving all the documents and requirement? How do we escalate the process? 
3. CFO is meant for giving guidance, not for hindrance. why there is no organization chart available to meet with higher authorities.
