Dual Citizenship Document Inquiry

Requested from CFO by Kirby Cemanes at 10:47 AM on Feb 16, 2023.
Purpose: Personal Information
Date of Coverage: 02/14/2023 - 02/15/2023
Tracking no: #CFO-323897139797

Laguna 10:47 AM, Feb 16, 2023

I had a quick question about some information on the document on your website regarding dual citizenship

On page 15, it says it's possible to apply for dual citizenship in the Philippines by "...file a petition under oath to the Commissioner of Immigration for the issuance of an IC under RA 9225." but it does not go into detail of how to do this. Where can I find more information about the steps to do this?

Do I gather the requirements (forms + photo + etc.) and go to a lawyer for a notarized oath of allegiance and forward it to the Bureau of Immigration?
