While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, In this instance this Office couldn't provide the information you have requested. We have noticed that you have not provided a copy of a valid Identification Card in your request regarding your concern.

In this regard, we kindly request you to upload a copy of a valid Identification Card in the FOI Portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
