August 28, 2019 Dear Ardnasil Lisondra, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 23, 2019 10:50:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for transcript of records. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we cannot provide you with the information you are requesting for the following reasons: (1) your Official Transcript of Records contains specific and sensitive personal information which may be used against you (e.g., identity theft). Please be reminded that any information you will be requesting from any government agency (which is granted by the same) will be uploaded in the FOI website and is available to the general public. (2) There are specific fees you need to settle when requesting for TORs in the university. You need to personally go to CNU to request your TOR. If this is not possible, you may authorize a representative to do it on your behalf. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by emailing to cnufoi@cnu.edu.ph.
