Thank you for your request dated Jan 17, 2022 09:05:21 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Agricultural CLOA land title.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that per records available, TCT No. CARP2021000386 (CLOA No. 01421216) was registered and distributed only on January 12, 2022. Under the law (RA 6657, as amended) awarded land under CARP cannot be sold, transferred or conveyed by the beneficiary [Section 73 (f)] within ten (10) years from award. 

Considering that the award of subject land is still within the prohibitive period, the sale or transfer of the same cannot be had. .

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Acting DAR Secretary Bernie Cruz, DAR Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
