Hi

May I ask about collective CLOA? 

1.) Is it classified by the following COMPENSABLE AND NON COMPENSABLE? 

If so please Englighten me on this part

2.) Are both Collective CLOA subject for REAL PROPERTY TAXATION?

3.) Are both Collective CLOA (compensable and non compensable) subject to LAND BANK Amortization that needs to be paid for the next 30 years

4.) If COLLECTIVE CLOA has already lapse its prohibitory 10 years restriction. Can it be sold and transfer to an individual or investor?  

If yes, its not subject to Capital Gain Tax?

If No, please explain
