Hello! I'm a student working on a thesis that is related to the study of declining agricultural lands in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Therefore, I would like to receive information on the following:

1. Agricultural Land Reclassification and Conversion Policies (ex. ordinances like official documents) in Santa Rosa City, Laguna

2. Agricultural Land Reclassification and Conversion Programs (ex. city programs that encourage the reclassifications and conversions of agricultural land) in Santa Rosa City, Laguna
