Dear Sir/Ma,

I trust this email finds you well. My name is Afolabi Adejumo. I work with the Budget Office, Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget, and National Planning in Nigeria.

I was excited to see that the Philipines Institute of Development Studies has done extensive work on Nutrition Budget Tagging (NBT). I am writing to request your kind assistance for access to materials and a guidebook to assist in the ongoing efforts to reform Public Finance Management (PFM) in Nigeria. I currently lead that effort.
