Good day!

I would like to inquire whether an LGU passing the 2016 Good Financial Housekeeping  (formerly, Seal of Good Housekeeping) will be justified to grant additional cash incentives (other than the Productivity Enhancement Incentive and the Year-End Bonus) to the said LGU's employees?

With regard to your inquiry, there is no legal basis for the grant of additional cash incentive to local government personnel, apart from the Year-end Bonus and Productivity Enhancement Incentive, for LGUs passing the 2016 Good Financial Housekeeping.
