I refer to my letter of Mar 03, 2022 11:53:00 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for MUNICIPALITY OF CAMALANIUGAN REQUEST FOR CONCRETING OF FMR FROM BRGY. JOAQUIN DELA CRUZ TO F. TUZON.

However, as to the actual status of fund releases, may we respectfully note that Item No. 5 of the DBM Circular Letter 2021-2 provides that the DBM shall directly deal only with the Agency Head or the Local Chief Executive or his/her duly authorized representative who must be organic personnel of the National Government Agency/Local Government Unit concerned.
