I would like to request for the telephone numbers of PhilGEPS. The telephone numbers provided in the directory cannot even be contacted. Even the trunkline, our calls cannot even get through. Its been weeks already since we started contacting the telephone numbers

If we may request, please provide more lines. The customer service phone numbers are not enough for the volume of suppliers that are making inquiry or calls.

Additional personnel are being hired. Outsourcing of the helpdesk function and getting a profession call center provider is also being planned.
