October 7, 2022 Dear Gerard Aaron Cañete, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 03, 2022 05:41:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a copy of the Devolution Transition Plan of Cebu City. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested. May we inform that the DTPs of local government units are submitted to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for monitoring purposes. Thus, you may contact the DILG through its Bureau of Local Government Development via electronic mail at odblgd@gmail.com or via telephone at (02) 8876-3454 local 4108. You may also opt to re-submit your request addressed to said Department via the eFOI portal. Alternatively, you may opt to directly submit a request to the City Government of Cebu for a copy of its DTP.
