You followed-up on the status of your transaction with DMS REF # 2022-LGRCB-0080762E-E.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however, we regret to inform you that the eFOI portal is not the proper portal to follow-up your specific transaction with the DBM.

Moreover, please be informed that pursuant to Item 3.6.2 of Local Budget Circular No. 142 or the Guidelines on the Release and Utilization of the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units and Support for Capital Outlays and Social Programs under the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No. 11639, dated January 24, 2023, as amended, inquiries made through electronic mail are discouraged. 

However, certain queries may be entertained, provided that the sender has established the veracity of his/her identity through the submission of a copy of his/her local government unit (LGU) identification card, showing that he/she is either the local chief executive (LCE) or the authorized representative of the LGU.
