Hi! I'm Addie Pobre, Writer/ Researcher at Rappler.com

In line with the recent issue on DFA's contractor making off with passport data, we would like to request copies of the contracts between DFA and the involved contractors, APUI (APO Production Unit Incorporated) and United Graphic Expression Corporation (UGEC). Along with this, kindly requesting copies of all the previous contracts of DFA with agencies processing passport data and the list of contractors.

These contracts will be used in analyzing usual contract terms between government and data processing agencies.

Thank you.
