Good day!
My request with Tracking #DOF-909987886106 was denied by Dept of Finance and referred me to DFA instead.

I have searched the internet however there is no copy of signed Exchange of Notes between Japan and Philippines even for the past Agreements, however turns out none.

Based on Court Decision G.R. No. 175772, I would like to know the clauses pertaining to the Taxation of National Government Projects especially ODA and JICA funded projects and if applicable to recent projects such as NSCR Extension Project.

Thanks,
Jose Pinpin
