Good day! I am working on a foresight report for the Philippines. 

I am humbly requesting any briefers, presentations, or reference materials as of February 2023, that the Department could share to inform the public about the government's initiatives, targets, or policy roadmaps, related to the establishment of fuel economy standards for two-, three-, and four-wheeled motor vehicles in the Philippines. 

If not covered by E.O. 2, s. 2016, I would also like to request the latest/updated copies of drafts of any DOE circulars related to fuel economy/ fuel economy standards.
