1. All Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) companies, both local and foreign, with accomplished and ongoing projects on wind power plants here in the Philippines.

2. All Civil companies (only responsible for structural work), both local and foreign, with accomplished and ongoing projects on wind power plants here in the Philippines.
