Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a capacity factor for a 5-minute interval. However, you may wish to contact the Independent Electricity Market Operator (IEMOP) at  (632) 5 318-WESM (9376), or email address at info@iemop.ph.
