Good day!

Ma'am/ Sir,  I have a concern about Vaxcert, I would like to get my Vaxcert thru online but it always comes out like this "Your vaccination certificate is now queued for processing. You may request your certificate again after 10 minutes."

Thes Vaxcert is one of the requirements for my employment abroad. I hope it will be granted and notice my request. Waiting for your response.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. \Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact details:

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Thank you.
