Hi, 
My first vaccination is not showing in my online information which was done on Oct 7 2021 but the 2nd vacc is showing which was on Oct 27 2021. Please help me. Thank you. If you can help urgently, that will be highly appreciated.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Thank you.

Your right to request a review
