Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Please be informed that the DOH Bureau of Local Health Systems Development (BLHSD) did not require municipalities to develop LIPH for the 2020-2022 period. Municipalities and component cities are still currently developing their LIPH for the 2023-2025 period as per Department Memorandum No. 2021-0434. Further, municipal LIPH are submitted to the Center for Health Development (DOH Regional Offices) only
For reference, attached are the following: DM 2021-0434 and AO 2020-0012
You may coordinate with the LIPH coordinators of DOH regional offices at https://doh.gov.ph/regional-office-directory and Provincial Health Office for technical assistance
